| Article 5 (Selection, etc. of Research Project) |
| (1) | The Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy may, if he deems it necessary for the research and development of electric technology, select a research project and designate a person who will conduct research on it. <Amended by Act No. 5784, Feb. 5, 1999> |
| (2) | Necessary matters concerning the selection of a research project, designation of a person who will conduct the research, and the support of research funds, etc., shall be determined by the Presidential Decree. |
