| Article 32 (Presumption of Public Official in Application of Penal Provisions) |
Officers and employees of the organization engaging in the entrusted affairs under the provisions of Article 27 (2) and a supervisory official who carries out the affairs under Articles 12 and 13 shall be considered as public officials in the application of Articles 129 through 132 of the Criminal Act. <Amended by Act No. 7740, Dec. 23, 2005>
