ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE ACT ON THE REGULATION OF CONDUCTING FUND-RAISING BUSINESS WITHOUT PERMISSION

 Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe the matters delegated by the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-raising Business without Permission.
 Article 2 (Scope of Trade Names Similar to Financial Business)
The term "any name, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, recognizable as a financial business" in Article 5 of the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-raising Business without Permission means any of the following subparagraphs:
1. Finance;
2. Capital;
3. Credit;
4. Investment;
5. Asset operation or management;
6. Fund, guarantee, factoring or futures; and
7. Foreign terms having the same meanings as the words described in subparagraphs 1 through 6 (including the Korean terms corresponding thereto).
ADDENDUM
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
