 Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Act is to ensure the correctness of acquired, lost or changed real rights over immovables by designating government agencies to entrust registration of real estate owned by the State or local governments under Article 98 of the Registration of Real Estate Act.

 Article 2 (Entrusting Government Agencies)
(1) Registration of State-owned real estate shall be entrusted by the heads of central government agencies under subparagraph 11 of Article 2 of the State Property Act.
(2) Registration of real estate owned by a local government shall be entrusted by the head of the relevant local government.

ADDENDA
(1) This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
(2) The Ordinance on the Referral for Registration of Real Estates under the Control of Government Agencies, Ordinance No. 123, August 3, 4254 in the era is hereby repealed.
(3) National and public real estate registered before this Act enters into force shall be deemed registered under this Act.
