ACT ON NATIONAL HOLIDAYS

 Article 1 (Designation of National Holidays)
National holidays shall be determined to commemorate the memorable days of the Nation.

 Article 2 (Types of National Holidays)
The national holidays shall be as follows:
1. Independence Movement day (March 1);
2. Constitution day (July 17);
3. National Liberation day (August 15);
4. National Foundation day of Korea (October 3);
5. Hangul Proclamation day (October 9).

ADDENDUM
