ADDENDA
| (1) | This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation. |

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.

This Act shall enter into force on July 1, 1976.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 2908, Dec. 22, 1976>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among 90 judges to be added pursuant to the augmentation of the fixed number of judges under this Act, 30 shall be added from January 1, 1977, another 30 from January 1, 1978, and the remaining 30 from January 1, 1979.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 3283, Dec. 18, 1980>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among 250 judges to be added pursuant to the augmentation of the fixed number of judges under this Act, 50 shall be added from January 1, 1981, another 50 from January 1, 1982, another 50 from January 1, 1983, another 50 from January 1, 1984, and the remaining 50 from January 1, 1985.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 3856, Dec. 23, 1986>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among 250 judges to be added pursuant to the augmentation of the fixed number of judges under this Act, 100 shall be added from January 1, 1987, 50 from January 1, 1988, another 50 from January 1, 1989, and the remaining 50 from January 1, 1990.

This Act shall enter into force on February 25, 1988.

ADDENDUM <Act No. 4247, Aug. 1, 1990>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among 250 judges to be added pursuant to the augmentation of the fixed number of judges under this Act, 50 shall be added from January 1, 1991, another 50 from January 1, 1992, another 50 from January 1, 1993, another 50 from January 1, 1994, and the remaining 50 from January 1, 1995.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 4767, Jul. 27, 1994>
This Act shall enter into force on March 1, 1995: Provided, That among 350 judges to be added pursuant to the augmentation of the fixed number of judges under this Act, 60 shall be added from March 1, 1996, another 60 from January 1, 1997, 70 from January 1, 1998, 80 from January 1, 1999, and the remaining 80 from January 1, 2000, respectively; and among 210 reserve judges to be newly appointed, 70 shall be appointed from March 1, 1997, another 70 from January 1, 1998, and the remaining 70 from January 1, 1999, respectively. <Amended by Act No. 5005, Dec. 6, 1995>
ADDENDUM <Act No. 5005, Dec. 6, 1995>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 6492, Jul. 24, 2001>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among 350 judges to be added pursuant to the augmentation of the fixed number of judges under this Act, 70 shall be added from January 1, 2002, 80 from January 1, 2003, 100 from January 1, 2004, and the remaining 100 from January 1, 2005, respectively; and among 90 reserve judges to be newly appointed, 60 shall be appointed from September 1, 2001, the remaining 30 from January 1, 2002, respectively.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 7732, Dec. 23, 2005>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among 470 judges to be added pursuant to the augmentation of the fixed number of judges under this Act, 50 shall be added from January 1, 2006, 80 from January 1, 2007, 100 from January 1, 2008, 120 from January 1, 2009, and the remaining 120 from January 1, 2010, respectively.
ADDENDA <Act No. 8412, May 1, 2007>

| (2) | (Transitional Measures concerning Reserve Judges) With respect to reserve judges who are in office as at the time this Act enters into force, the previous provisions shall apply. |

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 12951, Dec. 31, 2014>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among the 370 judges to be added to the prescribed number of judges under this Act, 50 shall be added from January 1, 2015, 60 from January 1, 2016, 80 from January 1, 2017, 90 from January 1, 2018, and the remaining 90 from January 1, 2019, respectively.
