ADDENDA
| (1) | (Enforcement Date) This Decree shall enter into force on January 1, 2007. |

Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Decree shall enter into force on January 1, 2008.
Article 2 (Applicability)
This Decree shall begin to apply from the first goods on which an import declaration or an export declaration is filed after this Decree enters into force.

Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Decree shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
Article 2 (Applicability)
This Decree shall begin to apply from the first goods on which an import declaration is filed after this Decree enters into force.

This Decree shall enter into force on January 1, 2013.

Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Decree shall enter into force on January 1, 2016.
Article 2 (Transitional Measures concerning Modification of Tariff Rates of Goods subject to Application of International Cooperation Tariffs)
Notwithstanding the amended provisions of the attached Table, the items on which an import declaration is filed before this Decree enters into force, shall be governed by the former provisions.
ADDENDA <Presidential Decree No. 27758, Dec. 30, 2016>
Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Decree shall enter into force on January 1, 2017.
Article 2 (Applicability to Goods subject to Application of International Cooperation Tariffs and their Tariff Rates)
The amended provisions of the attached Table shall apply to the goods on which an import declaration is filed after this Decree enters into force.
