 Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Act is to plan the continuous promotion and development of a Better Tomorrow movement and contribute to the construction of a bright and healthy country and society by supporting and fostering a Better Tomorrow movement established by voluntary participation of the people in order to guide and spread a Better Tomorrow movement.

 Article 2 (Definitions)
The term "organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement" referred to in this Act means the Society for a Better Tomorrow and its subordinate organizations.

 Article 3 (Payment, etc. of Contributions)
(1) The State or local governments may pay contributions or donations to organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement to meet expenses incurred in its operation.
(2) Individuals, juristic persons or organizations may contribute or donate money or other property to support and foster organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement.
(3) Matters necessary for the payment of contributions and subsidies, and the use and management thereof prescribed in paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.

 Article 4 (Use of National and Public Facilities)
In order to support and foster organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement, the State or local governments may permit them to use national or public facilities without compensation, notwithstanding the State Property Act or the Public Property and Commodity Management Act.

 Article 5 (Request for Supply of Data)
Organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement may request the State, local governments, public institutions, educational institutions, research institutions, etc. to supply research treatises, publications, etc. relating to organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement.

 Article 6 (Publication of Research Papers, etc.)
To raise people's awareness of the concept, success cases, etc. of the Better Tomorrow movement, organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement may publish research papers, publicity papers or other necessary publications.

 Article 7 (Submission of Auxiliary Project Plans)
If organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement intends to request budget funding of auxiliary projects for the following year, it shall prepare an auxiliary budget bill before the relevant fiscal year begins and submit it to the Minister of the Interior and Safety or the head of the relevant local government. <Amended by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; Act No. 12844, Nov. 19, 2014; Act No. 14839, Jul. 26, 2017>

 Article 8 (Submission of Report on Results of Auxiliary Projects)
Where organizations for a Better Tomorrow movement perform an auxiliary project, it shall prepare the results of auxiliary projects and evidential data within three months from the end of the relevant fiscal year, and submit them to the Minister of the Interior and Safety or the head of the relevant local government. <Amended by Act No. 11690, Mar. 23, 2013; Act No. 12844, Nov. 19, 2014; Act No. 14839, Jul. 26, 2017>

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among the Acts amended in accordance with Article 6 of the Addenda, amendments to Acts, which were promulgated before this Act enters into force, but the dates on which they are to enter into force have yet to arrive, shall enter into force on the enforcement dates of the respective Acts.

Article 1 (Enforcement Date)
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation: Provided, That among the Acts amended pursuant to Article 5 of this Addenda, amended parts of the Acts which were promulgated before this Act enters into force but the enforcement dates of which have not arrived, shall enter into force on the enforcement date of the relevant Act, respectively.
