ADDENDA <Public Notice No. 2012-47, Aug. 17, 2012>
| 1. | This Public Notice shall enter into force on August 18, 2012. |
| 2. | This Public Notice shall apply to cases where a penalty surcharge shall be imposed against a violation committed on or after the enforcement date of this Public Notice. |
ADDENDA <Public Notice No. 2014-14, Nov. 28, 2014>
| 1. | This Public Notice shall enter into force three months after public notification. |
| 2. | Where a penalty surcharge shall be imposed against a violation that ended before the enforcement date of this Public Notice, provisions in force at the time of violation shall apply. |
