| 1. | This Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its public notification. |
| 2. | The "National Core Technology" publicly notified by the Ministerial Decree of Trade, Industry and Energy No. 2017-150 (Oct. 27, 2017) shall be superceded by this Ordinance upon the enforcement of this Ordinance. |
