Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters concerning the enforcement of the Act on the Measures for the Admission to International Financial Institutions. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 18778, Apr. 9, 2005; Presidential Decree No. 21592, Jul. 1, 2009>

Article 1-2 (Investment or Contribution)

1.	Investment to the International Monetary Fund: 462 million 800 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

2.	Contribution to the Enhanced Structural Adjustment Facility of the International Monetary Fund: 27 million 700 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

3.	Investment, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 1, to the International Monetary Fund: 336 million 800 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

4.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 2, to the Enhanced Structural Adjustment Facility of the International Monetary Fund: 8 million 300 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

5.	Investment, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 1 and 3, to the International Monetary Fund: 834 million Special Drawing Rights;

6.	Contribution to the Poverty Reduction and Growth Facility Trust of the International Monetary Fund: 10 million 630 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

7.	Contribution to the Pacific Financial Technical Assistance Center Subaccount of the International Monetary Fund: 450 thousand United States dollars;

8.	Investment, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 1, 3 and 5, to the International Monetary Fund: 1 billion 293 million 700 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

9.	Contribution to the Administered Account for Liberia of the International Monetary Fund: 7 million 139 thousand 270 Special Drawing Rights;

10.	Investment, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 1, 3, 5 and 8, to the International Monetary Fund: 439 million 100 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

11.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 7, to the Pacific Financial Technical Assistance Center Subaccount of the International Monetary Fund: 1 billion won;

12.	Contribution to the Emergency Post-Conflict and Natural Disaster Assistance Administered Subsidy Account of the International Monetary Fund: 1 billion won;

13.	Contribution to the Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust of the International Monetary Fund: 4 billion 200 million won;

14.	Contribution to the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism(AML/CFT) Topical Trust Fund of the International Monetary Fund: 246 million won;

15.	Investment, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 1, 3, 5, 8 and 10, to the International Monetary Fund: 5 billion 216 million 300 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

16.	Contribution, other than that of subparagraph 13, to the Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust of the International Monetary Fund: 2 million 200 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

17.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 14, to the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism(AML/CFT) Topical Trust Fund of the International Monetary Fund: 200 thousand United States dollars;

18.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 13 and 16, to the Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust of the International Monetary Fund: 2 million 200 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

19.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 14 and 17, to the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism(AML/CFT) Topical Trust Fund of the International Monetary Fund: 300 thousand United States dollars;

20.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 7 and 11, to the Pacific Financial Technical Assistance Center Subaccount of the International Monetary Fund: 625 million won;

21.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 13, 16 and 18, to the Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust of the International Monetary Fund: 9 million 898 thousand 25 Special Drawing Rights;

22.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 13, 16, 18 and 21, to the Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust of the International Monetary Fund: 2 million 200 thousand Special Drawing Rights;

23.	Contribution to the Korea Subaccount for Selected IMF Activities of the International Monetary Fund: 3 million United States dollars;

24.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 13, 16, 18, 21 and 22, to the Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust of the International Monetary Fund: 24 million 763 thousand 414 Special Drawing Rights;

25.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 23, to the Korea Subaccount for Selected IMF Activities of the International Monetary Fund: 3 million United States dollars;

26.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 23 and 25, to the Korea Subaccount for Selected IMF Activities of the International Monetary Fund: 4 million United States dollars;

27.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 23, 25 and 26, to the Korea Subaccount for Selected IMF Activities of the International Monetary Fund: 3 million United States dollars;

28.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 23, 25 and 27, to the Korea Subaccount for Selected IMF Activities of the International Monetary Fund: 3 million United States dollars;

29.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 23, 25 and 28, to the Korea Subaccount for Selected IMF Activities of the International Monetary Fund: 3 million United States dollars.

1.	Investment to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 937 million 200 thousand United States dollars (means United States dollars having the present value on July 1, 1944)

2.	Contribution to the Technical Advisory Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 500 thousand United States dollars;

3.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 2, to the Technical Advisory Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 2 million United States dollars;

4.	Investment, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 1, to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 777 million 500 thousand United States dollars;

5.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 2 and 3, to the Technical Advisory Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 1 million 300 thousand United States dollars;

6.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 2, 3 and 5, to the Technical Advisory Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 420 thousand United States dollars;

7.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 2, 3, 5 and 6, to the Technical Advisory Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 470 thousand United States dollars;

11.	Contribution to the Multi-Donor Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Food Price Crisis Response Core of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 3 billion won;

12.	Contribution to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Labor Markets, Job Creation, and Economic Growth: Scaling up Research, Capacity building, and Action on the Ground of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 400 million won;

13.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 10, to the Korea Trust Fund for Economic & Peace Building Transitions of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 12 billion 300 million won;

14.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 11, to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Food Price Crisis Response Core of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 4 billion 600 million won;

15.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 12, to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Labor Markets, Job Creation, and Economic Growth: Scaling up Research, Capacity building, and Action on the Ground of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 492 million won;

16.	Contribution to the Trust Fund for the Strategic Climate Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 3 billion 690 million won;

17.	Contribution to the Trust fund for the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 3 billion 300 million won;

18.	Contribution to the Donor Funded Staffing Program (JPO) of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 394 million won;

19.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 10 and 13, to Korea Trust Fund for Economic & Peace Building Transitions of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 9 billion 200 million won;

20.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 11 and 14, to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Food Price Crisis Response Core of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 1 billion 944 million won;

Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 12 and 15, to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Labor Markets, Job Creation, and Economic Growth: Scaling up Research, Capacity building, and Action on the Ground of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 400 thousand United States dollars;

22.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 16, to the Trust Fund for the Strategic Climate Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 2 billion 875 million won;

25.	Contribution to the Knowledge for Change Program Ⅱ of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 1 billion 150 million won;

Investment, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 1 and 4, of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 2 billion 593 million 411 thousand 230 United States dollars (155 million 604 thousand 673.80 United States dollars shall be the paid-in capital, the rest shall be the capital paid on demand);

27.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 11, 14 and 20, to the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Food Price Crisis Response Core of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 1 billion 894 million won;

58.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 33, 37, 43, 48 and 53, to the Korea Green Growth Single-Donor Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 12 million United States dollars;

59.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 38, 44, 49 and 54, to the Korea-WB Partnership Facility of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 30 million United States dollars;

60.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 50 and 55, to the Global Partnership for Education of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 700 thousand United States dollars;

61.	Contribution to the Korea Trust Fund for Economic & Peace Building Transitions of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 5 million United States dollars;

62.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 18, 24, 30, 35, 41, 46, 51 and 56, to the Donor Funded Staffing Program (JPO) of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 1 million 90 thousand United States dollars;

63.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 32, 36, 42, 47, 52 and 57, to the Poverty Reduction and Socio-Economic Development Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 2 million United States dollars;

64.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 33, 37, 43, 48, 53 and 58, to the Korea Green Growth Single-Donor Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 12 million United States dollars;

65.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 38, 44, 49, 54 and 59, to the Korea-WB Partnership Facility of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 32 million United States dollars;

66.	Contribution, other than those pursuant to subparagraphs 50, 55 and 60, to the Global Partnership for Education of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 700 thousand United States dollars;

67.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 39, to the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 5 million United States dollars;

68.	Contribution, other than that pursuant to subparagraph 61, to the Korea Trust Fund for Economic & Peace Building Transitions of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 5 million United States dollars;

69.	Contribution to the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative Trust Fund of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development: 2 million 680 thousand United States dollars.

Article 2 (Payment of Investment through the Bank of Korea)

Article 3 (Re-issue of Securities)

Article 4 (Payment of Loans)

Article 5 (Appropriation of Repayment)
