ACT ON SPECIAL CASES CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION OF CATTLE SHEDS

 Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Act is to prescribe special cases concerning the registration of unenclosed cattle sheds in order to guarantee property rights and safety in transactions of unenclosed cattle sheds.
 Article 2 (Definition)
The term "unenclosed cattle shed" used in this Act means any structure used to raise cattle that has no walls around it in order to prevent cattle diseases and ensure appropriate ventilation.
 Article 3 (Requirements for Registration)
Any unenclosed cattle shed that meets all of the following requirements shall be deemed a building: <Amended by Act No. 16446, Aug. 20, 2019>
1. It is firmly fixed on the land;
2. It can continue to be used to raise cattle;
3. It has a roof and a durable structure;
4. It is registered as a cattle shed in the building register;
5. Its total floor area exceeds 100 square meters.
 Article 4 (Registration)
Unenclosed cattle sheds that meet all the requirements referred to in each subparagraph of Article 3 may be registered in the building register according to the formalities provided for in the Registration of Real Estate Act.
 Article 5 (Supreme Court Regulations)
Matters necessary for the enforcement of this Act shall be prescribed by Supreme Court Regulations.
ADDENDUM
This Act shall enter into force three months after the date of its promulgation.
