Article 3 (Persons Eligible for Support for Fostering Oriental Medicine Industry) |
"Person prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 18 (1) of the Act means persons other than farmers and fishers, who cultivate, process, or distribute oriental medicines in accordance with the excellent oriental medicine management standards under Article 14 of the Oriental Medicine Promotion Act. Article 4 (Support for Families with Children) |
Pursuant to Article 23 of the Act, the State and local governments may provide subsidies tailored to the characteristics of agricultural and fishing villages within the budget, in addition to subsidies granted under the Child Welfare Act or the Act on Special Cases concerning Adoption, to families falling under any subparagraph of paragraph (1) of that Article. Article 5 (Persons Eligible for Medical Treatment Services) |

Article 6 (Graded Subsidy Rates for Insurance Contributions under the National Health Insurance Act) |
(1) | Subsidy rates for insurance contributions under Article 27 (1) of the Act shall be classified as follows: |
2. | Where points per household are at least the standard flat-rate support points but below the standard points for exemption from payment of subsidies determined by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (hereafter in this Article referred to as "standard exemption points"): 28/100 of the insurance contributions under Article 69 of the National Health Insurance Act, where the points per household are the same as the standard flat-rate support points; |
(2) | The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall determine and publicly notify the standard fixed-rate support points and the standard exemption points under the subparagraphs of paragraph (1) taking into account the average contribution points for farmers and fishers in the preceding year and the ratio of the insured to contribution point in the preceding year, in consultation with the Minister of Health and Welfare. |

Article 7 (Methods and Standards for Calculating Contribution Points) |
(1) | "Property of farmers and fishers prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as fallow and abandoned land" in Article 28 (1) of the Act means the following property: |
1. | Fallow and abandoned land; |
2. | Unoccupied livestock pens that have been left unattended for at least three consecutive years; |
3. | Farms that have been left unattended for at least three consecutive years. |

Article 8 (Objects and Methods of Write-Off of Deficits) |

Article 9 (Support for Quasi-Agricultural and Fishing Villages) |
(1) | Farmers and Fishers residing in quasi-agricultural and fishing villages under Article 33 of the Act may receive the following support: |
1. | Subsidization of additional expenses incurred in connection with child care services under Article 22 (2) of the Act; |
1. | Class I exclusive residential regions; |
2. | Class I general residential regions; |
3. | Green conservation regions; |
4. | Green natural regions. |
