| Article 2 (Grounds for disqualification) |
A person who served as an advisor or a consultant pursuant to Article 8 (1) 5 and Article 10-2 (1) 5 of the Act shall be a person who provided advisory or consulting services as a member of an election-related organization, such as an advisory group, a group of advisors, a special advisory group, or a committee established within an election office, an election liaison office, or an election campaign organization under Article 61 of the Public Official Election Act.
| Article 3 (Disclosure of remuneration for executive officers) |
| (1) | In accordance with Article 15-2 of the Act, the FBC shall disclose the remuneration and other related information of its executive officers on the website of FBC within 30 days from the end of each quarter. |
| (2) | The FBC shall comply with the standards specified in each of the following subparagraphs when making disclosures under paragraph (1): |
| 1. | For matters specified in subparagraph 1 of Article 15-2 of the Act: The remunerations and various allowances for the executive officers shall be classified by kind; |
| 2. | For matters regarding the details of payment of business promotion expenses specified in subparagraph 2 of Article 15-2 of the Act: The purpose and date of payment, number of persons eligible for the expenses, amount of expenses, and other relevant details shall be classified by each case of payment. |
