The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters mandated by the Act on the Promotion of and Support for Acts of Filial Piety and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof.
| Article 2 (Formulation of master plans for promoting acts of filial piety) |
If the Minister of Health and Welfare formulates or amends a master plan for promoting acts of filial piety under Article 4 (1) of the Act on the Promotion of and Support for Acts of Filial Piety (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), he or she shall notify the heads of relevant central administrative agencies and the heads of local governments thereof. <Amended on Dec. 31, 2008; Mar. 15, 2010>
| Article 3 (Criteria for imposition of administrative fines) |
Administrative fines under Article 15 (1) of the Act shall be imposed and collected by a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu (referring to the head of an autonomous Gu) in accordance with the criteria for imposition as specified in the Appendix. <Amended on Apr. 24, 2018> [This Article Wholly Amended on Nov. 28, 2017]
