ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE ACT ON THE REGULATION OF CONDUCTING FUND-RAISING BUSINESS WITHOUT PERMISSION

 Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Decree is to prescribe the matters delegated by the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-raising Business without Permission. <Amended on Jan. 8, 2019>
 Article 2 (Scope of trade names similar to financial business)
The "name prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 5 of the Act on the Act on the Regulation of Conducting Fund-Raising Business without Permission (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") means any of the following: <Amended on Jan. 8, 2019>
1. Finance;
2. Capital;
3. Credit;
4. Investment;
5. Asset operation or management;
6. Fund, guarantee, factoring or futures; and
7. Foreign terms having the same meanings as the words described in subparagraphs 1 through 6 (including the Korean terms corresponding thereto).
 Article 3 (Criteria for imposition of administrative fines)
The standards for imposing administrative fines prescribed in Article 8 (1) of the Act shall be as listed in the Appendix.
