Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter III, Article 5(4) of the Act on Temporary Special Cases concerning Disposal of State or Public Property shall apply mutatis mutandis to the sale of stocks devolving upon the State. [This Article Added on Dec. 7, 1962]
ADDENDA <Act No. 74, Dec. 19, 1949>
Article 43
Provisions necessary for enforcing this Act shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
Article 44
`Article 9 shall apply to a person failing to pay taxes imposed for managing and operating or using property devolving upon the State. Article 45
The provisions of any statute found to be contradictory to this Act, among the statues enacted before this Act enters into force, shall be repealed to the extent of such contradiction.
Article 46
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 342, Sep. 23, 1954>
A provisional sale contract concluded by the Government before the amended provisions of this Act enter into force shall be deemed a contract concluded pursuant to this Act as of the date of such contract.
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 427, Dec. 31, 1956>
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 521, Dec. 18, 1959>
This Act shall enter into force 60 days after the date of its promulgation.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 1099, Jul. 14, 1962>
`Articles 4, 6, and 8 (2) and (4) of the Act on Temporary Special Cases concerning Disposal of State or Public Property shall apply mutatis mutandis to disposing of property devolving upon the State; provided, any provisions of the aforementioned Act found to conflict with this paragraph shall be invalidated to the extent of such contradiction. This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation; provided, ...(omitted)... the amendments to Acts promulgated before the enforcement date of this Act but for which the effective date has not arrived, among Acts amended pursuant to Article 6 of the Addenda, shall enter into force on the enforcement date of the relevant Act.

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
ADDENDA <Act No. 21065, Oct. 1, 2025>
Article 1 (Enforcement date)
This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation; provided, the amendments to statutes, which are amended under Article 7 of the Addenda and were promulgated before the enforcement of this Act but whose enforcement dates have not yet arrived, shall enter into force on the respective enforcement dates of such statutes, and the amended provisions under the following subparagraphs shall enter into force on the dates specified in the relevant subparagraph: | 1. | The amended provisions under the following items shall enter into force on January 2, 2026; provided, among the statutes amended in accordance with Article 7 of the Addenda (limited to the parts related to the amended provisions of items a and b), the amendments to statutes that were promulgated before the enforcement date prescribed in the main clause but whose enforcement dates have not yet arrived shall enter into force on the respective enforcement dates of such statutes: |
| b. | The amended provisions of Articles 12(2), 19(3), 22, and 29(2) (limited to the parts relating to the Minister of Finance and Economy and the Ministry of Finance and Economy); |
| c. | Statutes amended in accordance with Article 7 of the Addenda (limited to the parts related to the amended provisions of items a and b); |
