| Article 428-3 (Floating Suretyship) |
| (1) | A suretyship may be provided for multiple undetermined obligations. In such cases, the upper limit of the amount of obligations for which the suretyship is provided shall be specified in writing. |
| (2) | In cases falling under paragraph (1), a suretyship agreement becomes void unless the upper limit of the amount of obligations is specified in writing as prescribed in Article 428-2 (1). |
