| (2) | The aptitude verdict under the standards as prescribed in paragraph (1) 1 through 4 shall be made on the basis of a certificate of physical examination issued by a medical institution which has reported to the head of the driver's license test institution as prescribed by the Ministerial Decree of Government Administration and Home Affairs: Provided, That in a case falling under the proviso of paragraph (1) 4, if a person for whom it is difficult to give a verdict even with the certificate of physical examination falls under the cases determined by the Ministerial Decree of Government Administration and Home Affairs such as having the fact of receiving a skill education for 20 hours or more at a school, etc., he shall be deemed to have satisfied the aptitude requirements. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 13435, Jul. 30, 1991; Presidential Decree No. 14374, Sep. 5, 1994; Presidential Decree No. 16037, Dec. 31, 1998; Presidential Decree No. 16271, Apr. 30, 1999; Presidential Decree No. 16631, Dec. 28, 1999; Presidential Decree No. 18744, Mar. 24, 2005> |
