| Article 354 (Closure of Register of Shareholders and Record Date) |
| (1) | In order to fix the person who shall exercise the voting right, receive dividends or exercise other rights as a shareholder or a pledgee, the company may suspend the alteration of entry in the register of shareholders for a specified period or it may deem any shareholder or pledgee whose name appears in the register of shareholders on a specified date to be the shareholder or pledgee who shall be entitled to exercise such rights. <Amended by Act No. 3724, Apr. 10, 1984> |
| (2) | The period mentioned in paragraph (1) shall not exceed three months. <Amended by Act No. 3724, Apr. 10, 1984> |
| (3) | The date mentioned in paragraph (1) shall be determined to be a day within three months before the date on which the person may exercise the rights as a shareholder or pledgee. <Amended by Act No. 3724, Apr. 10, 1984> |
