| Article 33-7 (Assignment of Art and Sports Personnel) |
| (1) | The Commissioner of the Military Manpower Administration may assign persons with special skills in the field of arts or sports prescribed by Presidential Decree among those to be enlisted for supplemental service or active duty service, who are recommended by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to serve as art and sports personnel. In such cases, those to be enlisted for active duty service shall be transferred to supplemental service. |
| (2) | Matters necessary for the assignment and transfer of art and sports personnel shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. |
