STANDARD TIME ACT
Wholly Amended by Act No. 10640, May 19, 2011
The standard time shall be determined with the meridian of 135 degrees east longitude set as the standard meridian: Provided , That the time may be adjusted for a certain period of a year as prescribed by Presidential Decree, in order to implement daylight saving time.

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
