Article 294 (Parties' Motion for Evidence) |
(1) | The prosecutor, the criminal defendant, or his/her defense counsel may produce a document or an article as evidence and may also move the court to examine a witness, an expert witness, an interpreter, or a translator. |
(2) | If the court deems that the conclusion of a trial is being delayed because the prosecutor, the criminal defendant, or his/her defense counsel intentionally makes a motion for evidence late, it may reject the motion by its ruling, |
