Article 47 (Operation of Ship Station, etc.) |
(1) | The operation of a ship station is authorized only while the ship is at sea and the operation of an aircraft station is permitted only while the aircraft is in flight or in preparation for flight: |
(2) | Coast stations (refers to radio stations established on land for communications with ship stations; hereinafter the same shall apply) or aeronautical stations (radio stations established on land for conducting radio communications with aircraft stations; hereinafter the same shall apply) are authorized, when their operation is interfered with by ship stations or aircraft stations, to require the interfering ship stations or aircraft stations to take necessary measures for the elimination of such interference. <Amended by Act No. 4441, Dec. 14, 1991> |
(3) | In the case of radio communications with a coast station or aeronautical station, ship stations or aircraft stations shall, when instructed by the coast station or aeronautical station as to the order, time or stoppage of communications, or as to the type or frequency of emission used, comply with such instruction. <Amended by Act No. 2280, Jan. 13, 1971> |
