표준시(표준시)는 동경 135도의 자오선(자오선)을 표준자오선으로 하여 정한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 일광절약시간제(일광절약시간제)를 실시하기 위하여 연중 일정 기간의 시간을 조정할 수 있다. |
The standard time shall be determined with the meridian of 135 degrees east longitude set as the standard meridian: Provided, That the time may be adjusted for a certain period of a year as prescribed by Presidential Decree, in order to implement daylight saving time.

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.
