of Commece, Industy and Enegy may, if deemed necessay for a survey of actual status, such as the statistics of electronic commerce, etc. under paragraph (1), require the State agencies, etc., business operators or a corporation or organization related to electronic commerce to submit the data or to state opinions, etc.
(3) The State agencies, etc., business operators or corporations or organizations related to electronic commerce in receipt of a request for submission of data, etc. under paragraph (2), shall comply with it.
(4) Matters necessary for an execution of a survey on actual status, such as the statistics of electronic commerce, shall be prescribed by the Presidential Decree.
Article 29 (Internationalization of Electronic Commerce)
(1) The Government may, in order to promote the international cooperation for electronic commerce, render supports to such projects as an exchange of information, technology, manpower concerning electronic commerce, joint survey, research and technological cooperation, international standardization, etc.
(2) The Government shall endeavor to actively take part in the discussions related to electronic commerce at international organizations and to cope with them, and also to activate an advance into overseas markets by the business operators of electronic commerce.
