Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Act is to promote the efficiency of school education by providing the matters necessary for the management of health care and the environmental sanitation cleanup of a school, and by protecting and promoting the health of students and teaching staff.
Article 2 (Definition)
For the purpose of this Act, the term “physical checkup” means physical fitness test, constitutional fitness test, and physical aptitude test.
Article 3 (Health Facilities)
A founder and a manager of a school shall establish a health room, and furnish the facilities and appliances necessary for school health care as prescribed by the Presidential Decree.
