   Reviewing the expertise of translation and the need to seek external advice

6. Proofreading
   by a subject-matter expert

   Review by the specialized terminology advisory committee for the accuracy of terminology of translation

7. Proofreading
   by a native-speaking proofreader

   Review by the specialized native-speaking proofreader for the linguistic readability of translation

8. 3rd correction

   Reviewing the need to reflect opinions of experts

9. 4th correction

   Determining the final version of translation: final review of the opinions of translator, editors and experts

10. Registration

    Posting the translation on the web-site for English translation service of statutes of the Republic of Korea

* It takes about six months to translate newly enacted or amended statutes from the enforcement date. Please note some statutes may take more than six months to be translated.
